New trade brand MOTORYSE demonstrates early growth, signing two new U.S. distribution deals with DSG and Mountain West Distributors

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RYSE Inc., the smart home company that motorizes existing window coverings, today announced the launch of its latest investment round at USD $2.60 per share through its Regulation A offering qualified by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 9. The offering includes up to 15,751,655 shares, for a maximum raise of approximately $40.95 million. The round follows the launch of MOTORYSE, RYSE’s new brand for the professional trade channel, which signed two U.S. distribution agreements after its debut at CEDIA Expo 2026.

Since its founding in 2015, RYSE has built a leading position in retrofit window covering automation, generating more than $20 million in lifetime revenue, holding 10 issued patents, and selling its products at retail in more than 100 Best Buy stores. The new round will support RYSE’s expansion into the professional channel, where smart home integrators, dealers, and installers are increasingly turning to retrofit solutions.

RYSE’s flagship products, SmartShade and SmartCurtain, are robotic devices that allow users to motorize and automate their existing window shades and curtains. SmartShade connects onto any shade with a beaded chain, such as roller shades and vertical blinds while SmartCurtain fits on a curtain rod or track. The devices can be controlled via mobile app, remote control, or voice-controlled AI assistant and can be set to open and close on a schedule. The devices can also be activated by interacting with the window covering, like tugging on a curtain. The motors can be integrated into a larger smart home ecosystem with IFTTT, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple HomeKit.

MOTORYSE Signs U.S. Distribution Agreements

• DSG Distributors will carry MOTORYSE across the New York region, serving professional AV and smart home integrators in one of the largest residential technology markets in the U.S.
• Mountain West Distributors (MWD) will carry MOTORYSE across its locations in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon and Washington. MWD is a founding member of the PowerHouse Alliance, a national network of professional technology distributors with more than 70 distribution locations and coverage across all major U.S. markets.
