JobBridge: A New Era in Accessible Job Search
Columbus, United States – September 2, 2025 / The JobBridge, Inc /
Columbus, OH — The JobBridge, Inc. today announced its pre-launch and published the values framework guiding development of its accessibility-first, ethical-AI job platform. Company formation is complete and initial intellectual-property protections for core materials are filed. No public beta is available at this time.
What The JobBridge stands for
The JobBridge is being built on three commitments:
- Accessibility by default — WCAG 2.2 AA alignment, keyboard-first navigation, ARIA labeling, and screen-reader clarity in every flow.
- Ethical, useful AI — assistive features (resume refinement, interview practice, guided next steps) that are transparent, auditable, opt-in, and designed to support—not replace—human judgment.
- Dignity, privacy, outcomes — least-privilege data practices, clear consent, and measurable progress from intake to interview to placement.
What we’re building (planned)
- Participant experience: accessible, step-by-step guidance through the job-search journey.
- Job-developer tools: pipelines, notes, tasking, and intake-to-placement workflows.
- AI assistance: accelerates careful, human-led decisions (resume polish, interview rehearsal).
- Transparency & control: notices and audit trails so users understand how data and models are used.
Accountability and transparency
The JobBridge intends to publish accessibility notes, feature/AI transparency summaries, and practical outcome metrics. As development progresses, the company will share what is working, what is not, and how the product is improving against its values.
“Accessibility isn’t a feature—it’s the foundation. Our goal is dignity and outcomes: fewer barriers, clearer next steps, and tools that help people cross the bridge to work.”
— Jessica-Lee Tingley, Founder & Job Developer, The JobBridge, Inc.
A fairer, clearer job search
Finding work can be expensive, opaque, and exhausting. The JobBridge is building the opposite: an inclusive hiring platform that reduces friction and cost, narrows the wealth gap, and puts accessible technology in service of real outcomes—whether someone is writing their first resume or leveling up after a master’s degree.
Projected timeline (subject to change)
- Discovery & Co-Design (Fall 2025): stakeholder interviews; assistive-tech testing; accessibility research and architecture decisions.
- Alpha Build (Winter 2025–2026): core flows (auth/RBAC, profiles, intake → pipeline), accessibility scaffolding, and security foundations.
- Closed Pilot (Spring 2026): limited rollout with selected users and job developers; accessibility/QA hardening and outcome instrumentation.
- Public Beta (Summer 2026): wider access with support documentation, transparency notes, and ongoing measurement of placement outcomes.
