• Agent lets brokers run AscendixRE in plain English by text or voice. Contacts, tours, deal stages and follow-up tasks can be created or updated from any device, at any point in the day. Every action runs through the org’s existing validation rules and duplicate handling.
• Composer AI connects branded CRE document templates to live AscendixRE records. BOVs, comp reports, tour books and listing activity reports generate directly from current CRM data, no manual assembly required.

AscendixRE AI Suite never acts on its own. Every extraction and document originates upon broker’s instruction. The AI handles the reading. The broker decides what gets saved.
