Martin brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing and metal processing. Throughout his career, he has led organizations ranging from privately held manufacturers to multi-billion-dollar industrial platforms, earning a reputation for strengthening operations, improving performance, and positioning businesses for sustained growth.

Earlier in his career, Martin held several executive leadership positions with The Marmon Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company, ultimately serving as Sector President with responsibility for multiple operating businesses. He went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer of UPG Enterprises, where he led a diversified industrial manufacturing platform. Prior to joining Alinabal, he partnered with Edgewater Funds, working alongside portfolio companies to improve operational execution, support acquisition integration, and create long-term value.

Throughout his career, Martin has led manufacturing organizations through periods of growth, operational transformation, and strategic change. He is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning teams around shared objectives, and building organizations capable of sustained performance.
