NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Official Peanut of Bowl Season is headed to Music City. Hampton Farms has signed on as a supporting sponsor of the 2026 Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl, bringing its mascot, Peanut Pete, and a slate of fan experiences to Nissan Stadium on Dec. 30.

The sponsorship expands Hampton Farms’ growing investment in college football and puts the brand in front of fans at one of bowl season’s marquee matchups. Fans can expect mascot appearances, interactive moments throughout the stadium and a few surprises from the brand on game day.

The Music City Bowl partnership builds on Hampton Farms’ role as the Official Peanut of Bowl Season, which connects the brand with college football fans throughout the postseason.

“Peanuts are already a great game day snack, so this is a natural fit for us,” said Eric Boonshaft, senior director of marketing at Hampton Farms. “As the Official Peanut of Bowl Season, we already have a strong connection to college football. The Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl gives us another opportunity to have some fun with fans, add to the game day experience and maybe bring a few surprises along the way. Nashville is one of our favorite cities, which makes being part of this game even more exciting.”

“We’re excited to welcome Hampton Farms and Peanut Pete to the Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl,” said Monica Petrone, director of marketing and strategy for the Nashville Sports Council. “Game day is about more than what happens on the field. It’s the atmosphere, the traditions, the food and the experiences fans share throughout the day. Hampton Farms brings a fun personality to the game that we think our fans will really enjoy.”

The 2026 Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl kicks off at 2 p.m. CST (3 p.m. EST) Dec. 30 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Tickets and game information are available at musiccitybowl.com. To learn more about Hampton Farms, visit hamptonfarms.com.
